Chelsey Clements, Chief Compliance, Ethics, and Privacy Officer
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Kristin Malloy as UF’s new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/Section 504 Coordinator.
Dr. Malloy brings more than two decades of professional experience, spanning higher education and social work. Most recently, she served as the ADA/504 Coordinator at Brown University, where she managed ADA compliance and appeals for students and employees, and led cross-departmental initiatives.
She began her career as a clinical social worker focused on children and family mental health before transitioning to higher education in 2007 at Lone Star College. There, Dr. Malloy advanced through several leadership roles, including program manager for disability services, assistant dean of student services, executive director of disability services, and executive director of accessible online learning.
Dr. Malloy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University, a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Sam Houston State University.
We are confident that Dr. Malloy’s extensive knowledge and leadership will be invaluable as she establishes and advances our ADA program. Please join me in welcoming Dr. Malloy to the Gator Nation!
