Search launched for Wertheim College of Engineering dean

I am pleased to announce the formation of an Engineering Dean Search Advisory Committee and launch of a national search for the next dean of the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering.

David Norton, vice president for research, will chair the committee, assisted by the search firm Isaacson, Miller.

The other committee members are Jennifer Bridge, Ginger Gibson, Juan Gilbert, Sebastian Sobrino-Gonzalez, Emily Gunger, Jose Fortes, Kevin Jones, Jia “Peter” Liu, Curtis Taylor and Tim Townsend. The committee will review candidates for in-person interviews this spring. I thank Dr. Norton and the other committee members for their time and dedication to selecting this important academic leader.
