Search launched for next dean of the College of Medicine

I am pleased to announce that we have launched the search to fill the position of Dean of the College of Medicine. I will lead the search, with Melissa Curry, Vice President for Human Resources, overseeing executive search support for the process, in collaboration with her HR executive recruiters.

The search advisory committee includes:

David C. Bloom, Ph.D., Hazel Kitzman Professor of Genetics and Chair, Department of Molecular Genetics & Microbiology, and Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Education

Azra Bihorac, MD, MS, FCCM, FASN, Senior Associate Dean for Research, College of Medicine, R. Glenn Davis Professor of Medicine, Surgery, and Anesthesiology, and Director, UF AI for Health Institute

David P. Norton, Vice President for Research
