Distance Learning Fees Request cycle – Dates and Deadlines

Applications to request Distance Learning Fees for the Summer and Fall 2026 terms are now being accepted through MyUFL. All departmental applications should be submitted no later than Friday, February 13th, 2026. Dean’s approval is required by Friday, February 20th, 2026.

Departments that only need to charge for course captioning and proctoring, please send a list of courses to cnewsom@ufl.edu. We will prepare and submit your requests. If you need to charge for any other items, please create and submit your DL Fee forms as usual.

Reminder: DL Fees applications are required each semester for all applicable courses
