Administrative Overhead Assessment

This is to notify you that the administrative overhead assessment on Auxiliary and Miscellaneous Gifts & Grants (MG&G) accounts will increase from 2.5% to 3.0% of expenditures effective July 1, 2004.

As advised in our June 2003 letter, the University’s costs associated with fully implementing the UF Bridges System dictate this assessment increase. Additionally, the devolution of many administrative tasks currently performed by other agencies requires more resources to staff these responsibilities. It is necessary that the Auxiliary and MG&G enterprises share in the funding of these costs.
