Electronic Requisitions

Emily J. Hamby, C.P.M., Director of Purchasing

On June 16, 1998, when you sign on to the menu for Requisition Entry, you will see a statement concerning Conflict of Interest regarding purchases. This is a reminder of the University policy requested as a result of an audit. This statement will also appear on the paper requisition the next time it is printed. To advance past this statement, hit the “Enter” key. You will see this statement each time whether browsing, adding or updating requisitions.

On June 23, 1998, last years’ blankets on state, auxiliary and local funds will appear on your browse screens as new requisitions. You may make changes as appropriate and send to Purchasing beginning June 29 or delete.
