The textbook adoption system for summer and fall 2024 is now available to faculty and departments to submit their textbook adoptions and materials requirements. Please visit http://www.textadoption.ufl.edu to enter summer and fall 2024 adoptions.

For compliance with Florida Statutes, please submit adoptions no later than the following:

Distance Learning Fees requests for the Summer and Fall 2024 terms are now being accepted through MyUFL. All departmental applications should be submitted no later than Thursday, February 15, 2024. Dean’s approval is required by Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Departments only charging for course captioning and proctoring, please send a list of your courses to cnewsom@ufl.edu. If you need to charge for any other items, please create and submit your DL Fee forms as usual.
