Appointment of Assistant Vice President for Administrative Affairs

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert W. Miller as Assistant Vice President for Administrative Affairs. Mr. Miller will be responsible for the Purchasing Division, Business Services Division, and the Stephen C. O’Connell Center.

Mr. Miller began his career at the University of Florida in 1988 as Director of Internal Management Auditing. Prior to that time, Mr. Miller spent six years with the Office of Inspector General (fka Office of the Auditor Genera)l. In 1990, Mr. Miller became an Associate Controller in the Finance and Accounting Division. Mr. Miller is extremely knowledgeable of financial and administrative processes within the University of Florida. His extensive broad based experience will be extremely beneficial to Administrative Affairs.
