Said bid has resulted in an Annual Contract with the vendors shown below to provide the University with the items listed. If you are requesting items on the contract please enter the above bid number on your requisition.

This contract is effective from October 1, 1996 through June 30, 1999 with an option to renew for an additional two (2) 1 year periods from July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 and July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 upon written notice to and written acceptance by the vendor.
