I&R Committee Members Needed

Betty Taylor, Chair

Due to expiration of terms, applications are now being accepted for two UF faculty members to serve two year terms and two UF graduate students to serve a one-year term for the I&R Committee. Applications are also being accepted for two administrators from the University of North Florida to serve a two-year term.

This committee meets monthly with NERDC management and other providers of campus computing services to discuss computing issues of interest to instruction and research users of the center. The chair of this committee sits as a member of the NERDC Policy Board.

Participation on this committee provides faculty, research staff, graduate students, and departmental computing representatives with a unique opportunity to stay apprised of large-scale computing facilities available to them, to provide direct input to those who set computing policy for our campus, and to influence enhancements to the computing environment according to their needs.
