Annual Contract for Overnight Mail Service

In an effort to obtain the best prices possible for all departments of the University, the Purchasing Division has completed Bid No. 00J-7YC.
Said bid has resulted in an Annual Contract with the vendors shown below to provide the University with the items listed. If you are requesting items on the contract please enter the above bid number on your requisition.
This contract is effective from July 1, 1999 until June 30, 2002 with an option to renew this bid for (2) additional one-year periods from July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 and July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 upon written notice to and written acceptance by the vendor.

PRIORITY OVERNIGHT – Delivery next business day by 10:30 AM or 12:00 Noon, depending upon the destination.
STANDARD OVERNIGHT – Delivery next business day by 3:00 PM or 4:30 PM, depending upon the destination.
ECONOMY TWO-DAY SERVICE – Delivery is by the second business day by 4:30 PM.
