John P. Kruczek, University Controller
This memorandum is provided to inform faculty and staff of student tuition and fees effective Fall Semester, 2001. This information may be accessed at (www.admin.ufl.edu/ddd/Attachments01-02/2002-01TuitionTable1.pdf). The Fall 2001 fees are shown in comparison to Fall 2000 fees. Changed fees are highlighted in bold print. Pursuant to Section 240.124 F.S., each student enrolled in the same undergraduate course more than twice shall be assessed an extra $185.34 per credit hour in addition to the fees for each such course.
The fee structure for Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Medicine students for Fall 2001 may be assessed at (www.admin.ufl.edu/ddd/Attachments01-02/2002-01TuitionTable2.pdf). Medical, Dental and Veterinary Medicine students are assessed tuition and fees for the academic year which are payable in two installments, in the Fall and in the Spring.
As a result of electronic services available on ISIS, students may now view their University debts and fees. Therefore, they will not receive printed tuition pre-term bills. Students may determine their tuition debt by calling Telegator (37-GATOR), accessing ISIS (www.isis.ufl.edu/), by kiosks, or using the self-serve terminals in the University Financial Services lobby at S 113 Criser.
A list of courses with Material and Supply Fees will be published in the Fall 2001 Tuition and Fees brochure which will be available in mid-August. If information is needed before then, please contact Diane Hurtak, Accounting Coordinator, at 392-0765, to obtain the list.
The tuition fee information can also be found on the web at www.fa.ufl.edu/ufs/ then select Student links.
