We continue to expand the Purchasing Card Program in an effort to add convenience and gain efficiencies. You are now able to pay some recurring charges using your Purchasing Card. Some Examples are:

Telephone Bills/Cell Phone Bills/Pager Bills – Monthly charges must be reviewed for each monthly statement in order to document personal versus business use as required by University policy. The telephone or pager company must be called each month to charge the bill to the Purchasing Card. The Policy for processing payments may be found in the Finance and Accounting handbook on business procedures for Disbursement Services at: www.admin.ufl.edu/handbook/default.asp?doc=2.4.3.2.2 (paragraph C).

Web Charges – Internet services, palm net service, cable modem service, which meet University policy.

Utility Bills – (electricity, natural gas, water, etc.) All bills must be reviewed for accuracy prior to charging on your Purchasing Card.

Postage – postage meters
