Due to the institution of minus grades and the resulting changes in the grade point equivalencies of letter grades, all UF course syllabi must contain information on grade point equivalencies for the grades to be assigned in each course.

The UF Policy on Course Syllabi (see http://www.ir.ufl.edu/fac_handbook/syllabi.htm) now requires that all UF course syllabi must contain information on current UF grading policies for assigning grade points, even if the course does not use minus grades. This may be achieved by including a link to the appropriate undergraduate catalog web page http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/catalog/policies/regulationgrades.html.

Please distribute this information to all instructors (including adjuncts, lecturers, and teaching assistants) in your unit.
