The university is required to submit a 5-year interim report to SACS in March 2010. Dr. Kathleen Ann Long, Associate Provost, will provide oversight for this project. In addition, Dr. Marie Zeglen, Assistant Provost and Director, Institutional Planning and Research, and Dr. Jill Varnes, Professor, College of Health and Human Performance, will participate in preparing the report. This report is essential for the university’s continued accreditation status. The collection of information and data begins now and continues through January. Your cooperation in ensuring timely response to requests for information is necessary for the successful completion of the report. Therefore, we ask that you alert your faculty and staff to this project and its importance. It will be important that those in your unit provide accurate and timely response if contacted by Drs. Long, Varnes, or Zeglen. Thank you.
