The Advanced Postgraduate Program in Clinical Investigation (APPCI) is now accepting applications for the 2010-2011 class of APPCI Fellows. APPCI is a structured curriculum of graduate coursework, mentored research experience, seminars and presentations for senior trainees or junior faculty who are interested in pursuing an academic career in clinical/translational investigation.

We offer an Essential Training Program over 1-2 years or an Advanced Training Program which leads to the completion of a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation, Master of Science in Epidemiology or a Master of Public Health degree over 2-3 years.

APPCI pays tuition for core coursework for the certificate and up to 30 credit hours of course work for individuals pursuing a master’s degree. The program advisory committee oversees mentoring of the successful applicants’ research and course progress, and advises participants on grant submission and career planning.

Additional information and applications are available at https://www.ctsi.ufl.edu/?q=node/351

The deadline for application submissions is Monday, June 8, 2009.
