I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Cathy Lebo as Assistant Provost and Director of Institutional Planning and Research effective June 16, 2017. Dr. Lebo comes to UF with a wide array of institutional research experience. She served as Assistant Provost for Institutional Research at Johns Hopkins University for over 10 years and prior to that was Director of Institutional Research at Southern Methodist University for over nine years.

Additionally, she was chair and committee member of the AAU Data Exchange for three years. She also served on the Common Data Set Advisory Committee (for US News, College Board, Petersons) for nine years, and the AIR (Association for Institutional Research) Higher Education Data Policy Committee for four years. Dr. Lebo received her Ph.D. in Anthropology/Archeology from Indiana University and her Master and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Indiana University.
