Joe Glover, Provost and Sr. Vice President

A decision has been made to take leadership in the Division of Student Affairs in a different direction. As a result, Vice President for Student Affairs David Parrott and Associate Vice President for Student Affairs Norbert Dunkel are no longer with the University of Florida, effective today.

Executive Chief of Staff Win Phillips will serve as interim vice president for student affairs. The division will be co-led by a team of experienced administrators: Mary Kay Carodine, assistant vice president for student affairs; Nancy Chrystal-Green, assistant vice president for student engagement; Kim Pace, assistant vice president for student affairs; and Heather White, associate vice president/dean of students. Details regarding long-term plans for division leadership will be announced at a later date.

The well-being and success of our students is of the utmost importance to our university. I am confident that the staff of Student Affairs will continue their tremendous work to support our students as they pursue their academic and personal aspirations.
