Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management and Associate Provost

I am pleased to announce that Tammy Aagard, Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management in the Division of Enrollment Management, has been appointed as interim vice president effective June 5, 2021.

Tammy oversees the offices of admissions, student financial aid and scholarships and UF Online enrollment services. She served as the functional lead for a multi-million-dollar implementation of a UF student information system (Oracle Campus Solutions) in addition to leading the implementation of numerous supporting technologies (customer relationship management (CRM), UX technologies, data warehousing/reporting and more).

UF’s enrollment management initiatives include implementing multiple admission application platforms, improving access through recruitment and financial aid, and working with a team to support the multiple pathways to UF admissions.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in higher ed, Dr. Aagard has extensive experience in admissions, academic advising, graduate school education, athletics, financial aid and registrar services through her prior employment at the universities of Wyoming and Washington State.

She is passionate about staff development and has presented on leadership topics at institutional, state, regional, national and international levels. She has served on numerous academic committees that focus ultimately on student success. She has been a board member at the regional and national levels of the American Association of Collegiate Registrar and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).

Dr. Aagard earned her Ed.D. from the University of Wyoming and a certificate in enrollment management from the University of Southern California. I am grateful to Tammy for her willingness to lead the division during this transition.  Please join me in congratulating her
