The Schedule of Paydays and Critical Dates for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 is available on the Payroll Services, Finance and Accounting website at: http://www.fa.ufl.edu/directives/payroll-schedules.
The schedule includes Time and Labor deadlines as well as Human Resource deadlines to ensure all supporting documents are received in time for approval for the next payday.

The University has calculated the new proposed fringe rates for fiscal year 2025-2026 and has submitted them to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Although no objections are anticipated, please note the proposed rates are subject to DHHS approval and could be subject to change. The rates, when approved, will be effective July 1, 2025.

The University of Florida has signed a new F&A (indirect) rates effective July 1, 2025. New rates are listed at https://research.ufl.edu/dsp/proposals/budgeting/fa-rates-idc.html. The On-campus Research rate increases from 52.5% to 53.5%. The rates for Other Sponsored Activities, Scripps, Instruction, Off-Campus and DOD contracts have all changed. As an acknowledgement of their contributions to the University of Florida and to enable them to be even more effective in their leadership roles, the “Interim” designation has been removed from the position titles of Maria Gutierrez Martin and Brandi Renton.
Martin has served as Interim Vice President of UF Advancement and Interim Executive Vice President for the UF Foundation since March 2023 and Renton has served as Interim Vice President for Business Affairs since August 2024.
