Appointment of University Webmaster

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Conrad as the University Webmaster effective May 7, 1999.

Mr. Conrad will be responsible for the design and development of the web page representing the University of Florida and for ensuring the web page meets the information needs of the university and its various communities. He will coordinate the university’s overall web presence and provide consulting and outreach assistance to other university offices and departments.

Mr. Conrad has a B.A. in history and is finishing up his M.A. in Mass Communications. He has significant web experience here at UF in several units: the Office of the President, University Relations, the College of Journalism, and the College of Engineering, among others.
