Attached is a copy of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the above-referenced rule which is proposed for adoption by the University. Please distribute and post this memorandum and the notice upon receipt. Note that the Rule Hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2003, in Room 283 of the J. Wayne Reitz Union, if requested in writing by 5:00 p.m., on August 15, 2003.
