Notice of Annual Inventory of Telephone Equipment and Lines

This memo is to inform you of this year’s Annual Telephone Equipment and Lines Inventory. This same information and the inventory packet are being sent to your fiscal office for execution; however, you should know of the changes of this year’s inventory:

We have added a telephone line review in addition to the equipment telephone review.

We are also offering an inventory service. If your staff would prefer to have telecommunications perform the inventories, Telecommunications will do so at the rate of $63.00 an hour.

We are asking that the inventories be completed and sent to Telecommunications by December 1, 1997.

Please note that if we have not heard from your department by January 1, 1998, Telecommunications will be required to perform the inventories for you and bill you for the services in order to comply and complete this audit.

We appreciate your assistance with this very important update. Your monthly telephone maintenance and line billing is based on this information.
