New Policy on Posthumous and In Memoriam degrees

Angel Kwolek-Folland, Ph.D.
Associate Provost for Academic Affairs

In order to provide a meaningful way to help families of UF students who pass away without completing all of the requirements for a degree, the Office of the Provost, in consultation with the Faculty Senate and the Division of Student Affairs, has developed a policy for the awarding of Posthumous Degrees and In Memoriam Degrees.

This policy is effective immediately, and is available at http://www.aa.ufl.edu/Data/Sites/18/media/policies/posthumous-degree-policy.pdf .
