Appointment of Campus Space Auditor and Planner

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Rowland to the position of Campus Space Auditor and Planner for the University of Florida.  In this new role, Mr. Rowland will be responsible for the assessment of campus space utilization and needs and coordination of space assignments and reassignments.  Mr. Rowland is employed in the Department of Space Management and Analysis in the Division of Facilities, Planning and Construction.

Prior to taking this position, Mr. Rowland worked at UF’s Physical Plant Department, Architecture and Engineering Division and worked as an architect before coming to UF.  Mr. Rowland has extensive experience in design, construction administration, code analysis, construction document preparation, and space planning.
