The textbook adoption system for spring 2024 is now available to faculty and departments to submit their textbook adoptions and materials requirements.  Please visit http://www.textadoption.ufl.edu/ to enter spring 2024 adoptions. 

The deadline for spring 2024 adoptions is November 18, 2023 for compliance with Florida Statutes.

Changes to spring 2024 Instructional Materials adoptions made after November 18, 2023 are out of compliance with Florida Board of Governors Regulation 8.003.

Distance Learning Fees/Dates and Deadlines

Applications to request Distance Learning Fees for the spring 2024 term are now being accepted through PeopleSoft. All departmental applications should be submitted no later than Friday, September 15, 2023, and Dean’s approval is required by Friday, September 22nd. 

Reminder: DL Fees applications are required each semester for all courses as they are cost recovery fees related to the delivery of courses.
