Mandatory Human Subject Researcher Training

Effective January 7, 2013, the IRB education requirements must be met in order for a protocol to be
reviewed by IRB-01 (HealthCenter IRB). This includes all investigators, sub-investigators, research
coordinators and any other study staff involved in the conduct of a human subject research study (i.e.:
those previously listed in Addendum A).

Applications to establish or adjust Material and Supply Fees and Equipment Use Fees for the Summer and Fall 2013 Terms are now being accepted. All departmental requests should be submitted no later than February 8, 2013 and Deans approvals by February 15, 2013.
