Appointment Workshop

A joint appointment workshop will be held Wednesday, November 15, 1995 from 8:30 a.m. to noon in Room 282 J. Wayne Reitz Union. During this workshop we will discuss information that is needed to process appointments for faculty, A&P, USPS and OPS employees such as graduate students, student assistants, faculty and temporary/professional employees.

The workshop is designed for employees who are not familiar with the forms and procedures necessary to appoint employees or for those who would like a refresher session. Please encourage appropriate personnel in your area to attend the presentation so that we may help them to learn their duties. Ample time will be allowed throughout the workshop to answer the participants’ questions.

We appreciate your assistance in informing your employees of this presentation and encourage input on future improvements we might make to the workshop to better serve our university community.

Please call the Academic Personnel Office (2-1251) by November 13, 1995 to let us know those employees in your department/unit that will be attending the workshop so that we will have sufficient handouts.
