In an effort to obtain the best prices possible for all departments of the University, the Purchasing Division has completed Bid No. 97J-18YC.
Said bid has resulted in an Annual Contract with the vendors shown below to provide the University with the items listed. If you are requesting items on the contract please enter the above bid number on your requisition.
This contract is effective from July 1, 1996 until June 30, 1997 with an option to renew for an additional two year period upon written notice to and written acceptance by the vendor.
