Status of Personnel/Payroll/Budget Conversion

As announced in my February 17, 1997 memorandum No. 169, many administrative computing systems were closed beginning Friday, February 21. Originally, our intention was to make these systems available on Monday, February 24. In order to ensure that all these systems are completely operational for your use, we are extending the closed period for the following systems until Thursday, February 27.

  • Past History Distributions
  • Payroll/Personnel Distributions
  • Salary & OPS Account Information
  • Time Card Effort Data Update
  • UF Payroll/Personnel System (Update Version)

Departments will still have six working days to complete payroll distributions for the pay period ending March 6, 1997. We will notify you if the systems listed above become available before February 27. In the interim, we will make available the display version of the Payroll/Personnel System and encourage you to review the assignments and distributions of your employees and make us aware of any incorrect data.
