Deadline for Non-Salary Budget Conversions for Fiscal Year 1996-97

In order to be processed in FY 96-97 business, E&G budget conversions which do not involve the salary category must be processed on or before June 10, 1997. Please process these transactions on-line using the Budget Transfer and Conversion system. All transactions must be processed in whole dollars. This date does not supersede deadlines established by the Academic Personnel Office for salary items.

Transactions that involve transfers within the same category may be processed until June 24, 1997. Departments are encouraged to finalize their budgets by June 12, 1997, to ensure that sufficient time is left to make any minor corrections that are necessary.
