Appointment of Assistant Vice President

It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Mr. Fred H. Cantrell as Assistant Vice President for Administrative Affairs. Mr. Cantrell will be responsible for the Division of Campus Planning and Construction Management, the Division of Environmental Health and Safety, and the University Police Department.

Mr. Cantrell has over 25 years experience with the State of Florida, including 15 years with the University of Florida. As Associate Controller, Mr. Cantrell has managed the Contracts and Grants Accounting Services department since October 1988.

Please join me in welcoming Mr. Cantrell to the Office of Administrative Affairs. I know that he will strive to provide the highest level of service as he assumes these new responsibilities.
