Funding for CIRCA Computer Labs

Thanks to the increased efficiencies generated as a result of the University of Florida Bank, the University has achieved a record savings in carryforward funds. These savings, used for computer support and other information infrastructure investments, will cover the costs of the CIRCA computer labs student use. As a result, the university will not need to institute a student user fee for the CIRCA labs this academic year.

One of the benefits of the university’s enhanced efficiencies due to the Bank is the ability to invest in high demand services not included in the regular funding for the university.
