Appointment of Records Management Coordinators

On December 6, 1999, I asked each college, administrative department, and vice-presidential area to appoint a Records Management Coordinator (RMC), to assist the university Records Management Office in carrying out its duties (see DDD Memos on the web). Many of you have responded. This is a reminder to all units that have not yet responded and appointed a Records Management Coordinator to please do so by January 31, 2000. The Letter of Appointment Form, information about the duties and responsibilities of the Records Management Coordinators, and which UF units should appoint them can be found at http://www.aa.ufl.edu/aa/records/records.htm
