Faculty, TEAMS and USPS Bonus Payments

This communication serves as a follow-up to the November 15th memorandum Legislative Bonuses from Provost Colburn and Vice President Poppell to provide some operational and logistical details needed for payroll processors.
UF Bridges has identified eligible employees for the $1000 December 1 bonus payment and has applied the payments in PeopleSoft using Additional Pay. Listings of the bonuses by Dept ID may be viewed in Enterprise Reporting using the following navigation:
Enterprise Reporting > Human Resources Information > My UFL HR and Payroll > Pay Information > Current Pay Cycle
Please note that the listings in Enterprise Reporting will be updated each night based on Additional Pays that are either added, deleted, or changed each day.
We have tried to ensure the accuracy of these records by removing payments to those with “below” standard performance, on leave of absence without pay or those employees who have been non-reappointed. However, we know that there is a possibility records have been created for some employees that should not receive a bonus. An example might be those employees that have moved from OPS to a salaried appointment.
To ensure 100% accuracy, payroll processors should carefully review the eligible employee listings and identify those individuals that should be deleted or added to Janet Malphurs (jmmalph@ufl.edu) for faculty and Kate Burch (kate-burch@ufl.edu) for TEAMS and USPS by Monday, November 29 at 5:00 P.M.
