Survey of Telecommunications Lines and Equipment

CNS Telecommunications is implementing a new communications management system that will improve our customer service delivery by consolidating and streamlining our billing and work request systems. Once the application is online, Telecommunications’ customers will be able to view all information regarding their CNS services including billing for telecom and wall plate services, long distance usage, work request status and telephone equipment inventory.
As part of this transition, CNS Telecommunication’s staff will be performing a field survey of all telephone lines, circuits and phone equipment for all of campus. The surveys will be completed on a building-by-building basis and will start the week of December 6, 2004. We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in gathering this data.
