All UF employees who have previously attended the instructor-led “Mini-Conference on Sexual Harassment” (GET119), but have not completed the online training, should now plan to complete the online refresher version. We are happy to endorse and support a project designed to enhance sustainability and assist departments in identifying recurring cost saving opportunities. The project will have three phases. The first will involve a campus-wide inventory of print devices—including printers, scanners,facsimile and copier equipment. This will provide base data that can be used to assess whether there are opportunities to meet our print needs and still reduce costs and increase sustainability.

It is that time of year again to prepare for the annual closing of the fiscal year. The 2009-2010 fiscal year ends on June 30, 2010. The scheduled date for closing the General Ledger for the 2010 fiscal year is Friday, July 16, 2010.
