All UF employees who have previously attended the instructor-led “Mini-Conference on Sexual Harassment” (GET119), but have not completed the online training, should now plan to complete the online refresher version. We are happy to endorse and support a project designed to enhance sustainability and assist departments in identifying recurring cost saving opportunities. The project will have three phases. The first will involve a campus-wide inventory of print devices—including printers, scanners,facsimile and copier equipment. It is that time of year again to prepare for the annual closing of the fiscal year. The 2009-2010 fiscal year ends on June 30, 2010. The scheduled date for closing the General Ledger for the 2010 fiscal year is Friday, July 16, 2010.
