Robert W. Miller, Associate Vice President
UF Business Affairs

Annually, at the beginning of Fall semester, we take the opportunity to remind campus that Pepsi has the exclusive pouring rights contract for UF. This means that only Pepsi products (including Aquafina bottled water and Gatorade) may be served on campus, or at Athletic Association, UF Foundation,  UF Health and Shands Hospital properties.  This exclusivity extends to events as wide ranging as a faculty meeting, dean’s luncheon, staff retreat, catered function or special event.

I am pleased to announce UF Purchasing has worked closely with Pepsi and Mister Paper to provide a new and convenient ordering process for ordering smaller quantities of Pepsi products.  For orders of less than 10 cases, Pepsi products can be ordered from Mister Paper in myUF Market.  Follow this link to order Pepsi products from Mister Paper (http://purchasing.ufl.edu/contracts/pepsi.asp).

For Pepsi product orders of 10 or more cases, please contact the local Pepsi Warehouse between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (352) 376-8276 (please have your account number available).

Also please remember, there is never a fee for Mister Paper or Pepsi to deliver your order to your office or event.

Keep in mind you may observe Pepsi pricing specials in local area stores that are advertised at a lower cost in order to attract customers.  Although these sales maybe enticing, the University is obligated to purchase beverages directly from either Mister Paper or the Pepsi Warehouse.

Pepsi generously contributes significant financial support to the University in the form of sponsorships, promotions and scholarship dollars, so your support of our Pepsi partnership is greatly appreciated.

Personal use is exempted from the contract.
