At UF Health, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We are driven to improve lives, serve our communities and move medicine forward through scientific discovery and clinical innovation.

UF Health is an integral component of the University of Florida. By pursuing our goal of being among the nation’s top-tier academic health centers, we contribute to UF’s continued recognition as a top research university.

Thanks to collaboration and teamwork, we’ve experienced exceptional momentum and growth over the past five years. We were guided by a very clear strategic plan: Forward Together. Our first-ever integrated plan for the entire academic health center, Forward Together united us with a shared vision, values and mission-based goals.

UF Health is thriving due to the extraordinary efforts of our more than 22,000 faculty members, staff, residents and volunteers throughout our campuses and programs. Each member of the UF Health family contributes to achieving the department and team goals within our colleges, hospitals, institutes and centers that connect to the overall strategic long-term goals of UF Health.

Today, we are introducing our new five-year strategic plan: The Power of Together. It will be our roadmap as we build on our strengths and continue to invest carefully in the highest-quality patient care, innovative research, comprehensive education and community service.

Together we’re shaping the future of patient care, learning and discovery. Even as we look back and reflect on what we’ve achieved, we’re always moving forward. With The Power of Together, we look forward to our next five years of success.

Please visit UFHealth.org/About and click on “Strategic Plan” after about 3 p.m. today to view The Power of Together strategic plan and a celebration video highlighting some of our strategic accomplishments. We will also share a news release on UFHealth.org/news.
