I am pleased to announce the appointment of the new Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. D’Andra Mull, effective January 13, 2020.

As Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Mull will lead UF in creating and maintaining a healthy campus environment that facilitates student success. Dr. Mull is a seasoned student affairs leader with significant experience in higher education administration and a proven record of creating pathways for student engagement and success. Dr. Mull comes to UF from Ohio State University, where she has served as Associate Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students since 2017, and prior to that as Assistant Vice President for Student Life from 2012 to 2017. Dr. Mull has demonstrated a substantial proficiency in leading complex organizations, community development, creating financial and workflow efficiencies, strategic planning and recruitment and retention initiatives.

Dr. Mull earned her Ph.D in Educational Policy and Leadership from Ohio State University, and a Master of Arts in Adult and Lifelong Higher Education from Michigan State University. Through her long record of leadership, service, and teaching, Dr. Mull has made substantial contributions to fostering diversity and inclusion in higher education.
