UF Bridges is a multi-year project to improve university business processes. As a result, most of the campus computer systems will be replaced with new integrated Web-based PeopleSoft systems. On July 1, 2004 all financial and personnel systems will be replaced, with student systems to follow in 2006. On July 1, 2004, the University will transfer from SAMAS/FLAIR to PeopleSoft. The Purchase Order History file will not transfer from one system to another.
As a result, we will not be issuing blanket purchase orders that have an ending date of later than June 30, 2004, even on Contract and Grant accounts.
