This memorandum contains updated information regarding the Facilities & Administrative Rates as well revised Contract & Grant Procedures. Information regarding the rates affects the entire campus; information regarding revised procedures affects all departments which deal with Contracts & Grants in Tigert Hall.

– Dr. Kevin Boggs joins OTL as Assistant Director, Biological Sciences. Kevin has a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and recently completed his MBA.
– Dr. Anthony Palmieri is assuming the position of Assistant Director, Pharmaceuticals. He holds an M.S. in Pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics.

As the result of a recent audit, all processing groups will be required to have back up in place for the reconciling and approving functions by September 22, 2000. Small departments may need to look to other departments or other administrative staff for back up. This will be left to the discretion of each area’s Dean, Director or Department Head.
