Reading Days and Final Examinations

I am writing to ask your assistance in reminding faculty and graduate teaching assistants that final examinations are to be given when scheduled. They should not be given during the reading period. If the faculty member has assigned a take home paper or a take home examination instead of an in-class final examination, students should have until the day of the final examination to complete the requirement.

Payroll Deadline Schedule

Electronic Transfer of Class C Payments

Class C Meal travel covers meal allowances for short or day trips where the traveler is not away from headquarters overnight. Effective with Payroll warrant date April 11, 2000, payments for Class C Meal travel will be paid by electronic fund transfer to all employees who have an EFT agreement on file. Pay Upon Demotion Rule Change

Pay upon demotion for USPS employees now may exceed the maximum of the pay grade range for the class to which the employee is demoting. This change, effective immediately, is based on revised State University System (SUS) rules and was recommended for approval and implementation by the University of Florida Personnel Advisory Committee.
