Retirement Contribution Rates

The Florida Legislature has revised the Florida Retirement System employer contribution rates. The new rate as well as the current contribution rate is included for your convenience.

(NECR is New Employee Contribution Rate effective July 1, 1998 and OECR is Old Employee Contribution Rate effective July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1998)

Operating Budget Procedures

CIRCA Reorganization

Effective immediately CIRCA (Center for Instructional and Computing Activities) is transferred to OIR (Office for Instructional Resources). This re-organization reflects the increasing importance of computers in instruction and the necessity of integrating student use of computers with the use of computers in the classroom. Sue Legg, Director of OIR, is now also in charge of CIRCA.

Online Travel System Now Available

I am pleased to announce the availability of TRRIPS – the web-based Travel Request and Reimbursement Information Processing System. The TRRIPS is ready for any office that would like to use this streamlined, paperless method of submitting Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), and Travel Reimbursement Vouchers (TVs). The system will currently handle domestic travel for students, faculty, and staff.
