Updated Travel Directives and Procedures

For the past few months staff in my office have been reviewing and updating information contained in what has been referred to as the “Handbook on Business Procedures” or “Finance and Accounting Policies and Procedures.” To prevent confusion with Board of Trustee issued policies we are now referring to this business practice/process information as “Finance and Accounting Directives and Procedures.” Much of the older information requires updating as a result of the major system changes that occurred this past year.
I am pleased to announce that the Travel section of our Directives and Procedures has been updated and is currently available at: http://fa.ufl.edu/uco/handbook/handbook.asp?doc=1.4.14 My office will continue to announce updates as the most significant sections of the Directives and Procedures are updated and released on the web site. Since it is our desire to provide meaningful and useful information to the campus as it relates to our business practices and processes, we welcome any suggestions or comments you might have. We also ask for your patience as we work through updating the many remaining sections of the Finance and Accounting Directives and Procedures.
