The University is pleased to announce that it has chosen CASHNet, Inc. for the new campus cashiering system. The new cashiering system will include the ability to integrate all payments whether over the counter, departmental deposits, or web payments in a state-of-the-art platform which will provide flexible long-term functionality. The system also offers the potential to interface directly with campus departments to provide improved campus-wide departmental deposit processing.

This memorandum is provided to inform faculty and staff of student tuition and fees effective Fall semester 2005. In addition to assessing tuition and fees based on student residency, course level, and program, tuition rates are now also based on whether the student is considered new or continuing. Definitions of new and continuing students follow:

A degree-seeking student admitted prior to Fall 2005 and enrolled Spring 2005 or Summer 2005.

Deposit processing for the month of June will be similar to each prior month-end. Deposits will continue to be accepted through June 30 with the normal deadlines to the University Cashiers. There will be no early cutoff for deposits. This applies to expense refunds also.
