The third annual Internationalization Seminar will be held on Monday, November 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Rion Ballroom at the Reitz Union.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Marc Hoit, Professor of Civil and Coastal Engineering, has agreed to serve as Interim Associate Provost overseeing campus IT. He will work with Vice Provost Chuck Frazier during the next month at which point Dr. Frazier will return to the faculty. Dr. Hoit will serve in this position until a new Provost is named.

The University of Florida Comprehensive Master Plan will undergo its five-year update for completion by the end of 2005. Three committees, consisting of faculty, staff, students and community representatives will guide the process. To resolve these concerns, continue with eRecruit for staff positions and for posting vacant faculty position announcements.
