The time has arrived to offer a second TEAMS enrollment period. USPS employees interested in transitioning to TEAMS must submit an enrollment form to the Division of Human Resources by March 31st for an effective date of April 11th. The program provides an internship experience for faculty members interested in gaining some hands-on experience in university administration. The Provost Fellows work on special projects with the Provost, Vice Provost, or Associate Provosts and also participate in various activities of the office during the semester. On January 13, 2003, I sent you a memorandum ( http://www.admin.ufl.edu/DDD/default.asp?doc=8.7.1350.4 ) that graduate assistants who received pay increases for the spring semester were processed automatically in the personnel/payroll system for the payday of January 24, 2003. The 2.5% increase was effective December 20, 2002 or the start of the graduate assistant’s spring semester contract whichever came first.
