Campus Directory Distribution List and BellSouth Gainesville Distribution List

Telecommunications Department

The Telecommunications Department is responsible for the distribution of the University of Florida campus directory and the BellSouth Gainesville directory. Our distribution list needs to be updated prior to the delivery of the 2002-2003 directories. Please respond to the following questions by August 30st. If this form is not returned, amounts will remain the same as last year.

Housing, Student Government, Health Center, Shands, and off campus IFAS locations receive bulk shipments and do not need to respond to this memo.

The Tuition Exchange Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for dependent children of the University of Florida’s full-time faculty to attend a participating Tuition Exchange college or university at a significant tuition reduction or at no tuition charge.

Revisions to the above-referenced rules were published in The Gainesville Sun on March 11, 2002. The rules in their final form have now been published on the Academic Affairs website at http://www.aa.ufl.edu/aa/Rules/index.htm. The effective date for these amended rules was July 25, 2002 (6C1-3.020 and 6C1-3.025) and July 28, 2002 (6C1-7.036).

Gator Days and Gator Nights

Relocation of UF’s Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance Office

I am pleased to announce that the Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance Office has become an operational unit within the Environmental Health and Safety Division. The office will continue to be directed by Dr. Kenneth Osfield.

The following policy regarding the use of Gatorlink email was proposed by the ITAC – Data Infrastructure and Administrative Computing Committee and subsequently approved by the Information Technology Advisory Council.
