The University of Florida recently amended and extended our agreement with Coca-Cola through August 15, 2005. The agreement now includes the University Athletic Association, Shands at the University of Florida, as well as the University. The Inspector General recently concluded an audit of Contracts and Grants Decentralized Accounting (i.e., the accounting done in the departments on grants and contracts). In the course of the audit, they recommended that departmental staff be better informed of limitations defined by grant and contract documentation.
